Oil Podere l’Oliveto
The extra virgin olive oil “Podere L’Oliveto” is an oil obtained from olives harvested in November of the Itrana varieties. Recently planted olive grove which thanks to the particularity of the cultivar, the excellent exposure of the soil and the most sophisticated methods processing, including pitting, gives life to a unique oil of its kind. It is a lightly fruity oil with strong vegetable notes of tomato and balsamic herbs… bitter and spicy close in balance in sweet almond
Oil Riserva
Extra virgin olive oil obtained from green olives harvested in October and November of the Moraiolo and Frantoio varieties. It is cold extracted and follows a two-phase extraction to obtain an oil rich in polyphenols. Intense fruity oil with vegetal notes of freshly cut grass, rocket, chicory, artichoke, green almond and olive leaf. It is stored in a controlled atmosphere under nitrogen.

Traditional Oil
Extra virgin olive oil produced with olives of the typical local varieties such as frantoio, leccino, moraiolo and pendolino. It is produced from olives harvested from the end of October to mid-December and is cold extracted. Medium fruity oil with vegetal hints of wild herbs, bitter and spicy well balanced with each other. It is stored in a controlled atmosphere under Argon.
Tuscan Olive Oil IGP Prima Oliva ®
Extra virgin olive oil obtained from the maurino, moraiolo and frantoio varieties harvested in October and respecting the Tuscan IGP production regulations. It is cold extracted and follows a two-phase extraction to obtain an oil rich in polyphenols. Medium-intense fruity oil with hints of freshly cut grass, green tomato and balsamic notes of thyme and rosemary. It is stored in a controlled atmosphere under Argon.
Organic Oil
Extra virgin olive oil produced with olives of the typical local varieties such as frantoio, leccino, moraiolo and pendolino. It is obtained from olive trees found in plots that comply with the organic regulations and control requirements. It is cold extracted. Medium fruity oil with vegetal hints of wild herbs, bitter and spicy well balanced with each other.
