EXTRA GIN

Description

Over the past few years, we have intensified our efforts to promote extra virgin olive oil not only as a simple condiment but as a fundamental ingredient in cooking. We have paid particular attention to selecting among the various types of oil we produce, choosing the one most suitable for enhancing the flavors of our dishes.

Now we have pushed our boundaries further… By using our oil, our olives, olive leaves, and other botanicals typical of our territory, such as juniper, coriander, angelica, wild fennel, etc., we have developed a unique Gin.

Following the methodology of London Dry Gin, we have used only natural ingredients. We have macerated all the botanicals together and distilled them into a single solution. At the end of this process, we have adhered to the rules of the methodology, which do not allow the addition of sugar or artificial flavors, but if necessary, the use of only water to balance the alcohol content while maintaining the original one.

To achieve this goal, we have relied on expert distillers, and after numerous research and trials, we have selected the recipe that has excited us the most.
