Lemon,Chili Pepper and a Rosemary Flavored Evo Oils.Our flavored oils is obtained for the most part from olives harvested late so that the taste of bitter and spicy olive does not damped that of lemon rosemary and chili. We chop the best untreated organic lemons, the chillies and remove all the woody sprigs of the rosemary. Put them directly in the kneader to macerate with the olive paste.
